The Daily Press is a Brooklyn based coffee house located off of Franklin Ave. in Williamsburg. Founded by the Mast Brothers with the goal of celebrating the heritage of steep neighborhood tradition, the space was created as a place where the community could come together and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and a few other mouth watering goods.
Offerings include bagels from Terrace Bagels, pastries from Ceci Cela which are both of Brooklyn, and are vegan and gluten free. They source their milk locally from the Battenkill Valley Creamery and have a grab and go fridge with an assortment of local products---and from what I hear, beer and wine as well! Wait, what?!
Designed by Matt Delbridge of New York, NY, he took the mastery of what a great vintage coffee house entails and shared the pride the owners have in the community. With a wide ranging client base--from Google to Kenneth Cole, his craft is true to the brand.
If you live in Brooklyn or are visiting, I recommend you stop in and check it out. You could also follow The Daily Press on twitter to see what they've got going on. I promise you won't be disappointed one bit.
