Confession. After going through photographs of past travels, I have the travel bug in an enormous way. After perusing travel blogs over the past few days, I came across yet another lovely restaurant in Copenhagen. The city seems littered with wonderfully designed places where you could dine on simple dishes, have long conversations over meaningless topics and enjoy the mix of old and modern aesthetics.
Atelier September is located in Gothersgade and is known for the best Avocadomad (fresh rye bread with avocado) in town. Besides freshly baked bread and a sinful wine collection, it also poses Swedish 18th Century furniture, large French bookcases, and the original 1950's design for you marvel at while enjoying a lovely meal.
If you happen to be near Gothersgrade this summer, I highly recommend stopping by. With beautiful surroundings and delicious food--I'm not quite sure it gets much better than that.
