I guess I must have "busy" on the mind, because the act of slowing down seems to be filtrating into the the posts this week. I find myself doing this a lot. Sometimes when I shouldn't be. At a red light, in a grocery line or even at my computer. Now we know it's not just mindless gazing when we catch ourselves doing it, there is a beautiful word for it, and potentially something to learn from it. If you find yourself staring off into the distance and not thinking, I do believe your subconscious is. I may be way off base, but it seems like a pretty good thing to me.
