Pretty much everyday at lunch I stop at the coffee bar at the local Whole Foods and order a Chai Latte, Pumpkin Spice or if I'm feeling in the holiday mood, I'll go for the Egg Nog.  I have to admit that the Chai Latte has always been my favorite.  I'll even drink it during the scorching summer months.  This recipe by A Pair of Pears is utter perfection---especially on those days when you just don't want to venture out.  Enjoy!

one chai tea bag
two thirds cup of boiling water
two thirds cup of almond milk

| enjoy |
