To be extremely honest, October tends to freak me out.  With the days growing shorter, the paranormal movies that run amuk in theaters and the whole Halloween thing---it can be a little much.  In case you are wondering, this isn't a new thing.  I was suspect of the holiday when I was a child.  Even with candy bribery, it never sat well.  Thankfully I married a man who felt the same way.  It would have been a little awkward if it was his favorite holiday, no?

So when I think about October, I think of apple orchids, cozy weekends under the covers, colorful leaves blowing everywhere and anything pumpkin.  All which make this month completely worthwhile.

ooh this is a dreamy mood board. i love it. sadly, i will be missing fall this year. it was my favorite when living in seoul. all the best to you. :)
p.s. watch "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown." that will sort any misgivings about Halloween.
