Found.  A wonderfully, delightful, traditional Italian Hot Chocolate recipe you must make this winter.  It is not the typical hot cocoa served in your local coffee shop, this is the real deal made with bittersweet chocolate and melted into a rich lovely cream.  Having tried both the Italian and Spanish version (which are to die for)--I must admit Cioccolata Calada is close to my heart.  And this is why.  Think of being in a small cafe in Turin on a freezing February day enjoying a cup with a man you had met the day prior and who would eventually become your husband.  True story.  Enjoy.
