TASTE.10

Found.  Two necessary factors you need to consider in order to achieve the most deletable waffles.  This recipe by Bayaderka and these hilarious, yet wise tips from Mr. Breakfast.  While I do believe adding the extra dash of cinnamon is key, Mr. Breakfast not only advises you to "separate the egg whites from the yolks" in order to obtain the perfect state of fluffiness--but also to "respect your waffle maker" and avoid "violent mixing" at all costs.  Ha! Totally genius--and worth it--if you ask me.  Enjoy.

These images are fantastic. I love waffles and just need to break down and buy a waffle iron.

Thank you, Alison. I have to agree with Mr. Breakfast, a waffle iron is key. I just hopped over to your lovely blog. I adore your wedding photo and the story :)
