baked peaches with amaretti biscuits

| ingredients |
six ripe and juicy peaches
amaretti biscuits 100g ,eg Vicenzi
four tablespoons amaretto liqueur
to serve, plain yogurt
sweet cacao

| directions |
spread baking mold with butter
preheat the oven to 160 degrees
cut the peaches in half, remove seeds
 put flesh into the bowl
crush cookies in a mortar or a pestle
 add peach pulp, 
leave about 1/4 cookies to sprinkle on top
pour the liqueur and stir
insert filling and sprinkle peaches on cookies
place in prepared form and put into preheated oven
bake for 25 minutes

while warm with plain yogurt and sweet cocoa, preferably on a sweet summer evening
