resolutions

Every January I tend to struggle a little too much with all the chit chat regarding resolutions.  Mainly because I think it's really quite simple.  If you want to be in good health, eat well.  If you want a strong body, exercise.  If you feel sleep deprived, take a nap.  Why we tend to complicate a new year my darlings, I'll never understand.

Resolutions should really be about:

i.  taking wrong turns
ii.  being curious

iii.  nurturing, nature

iv.  sharing

v.  and so on and so on..
